For 2017 to really be a success for you, you must prioritize changing the top items that are most important to you. Do not focus on the least important ones first. This technique can be counterproductive. By focusing on the most important first, you’ll be able to better dictate how much time and attention you’ll be able to give towards all of your goals. Furthermore, some of things that you’ll want to improve on will have a domino effect. So conquering the major ones first will help you achieve the smaller ones as you go along.
Hold Yourself Accountable
You’ll never follow through without accountability. That means that you’ll need support. Find a friend or family member to really be there for you through the good and bad times. You’ll have some ups and downs on your 2017 journey to greatness, having someone there who has your back will help you along the way. They’ll be your motivation when you don’t want to go run those extra miles, or push you to power through those last few pull-ups. You also have to hold yourself accountable and commit to your goals.
