We have class options for all skill levels, from beginner to expert. Our classes are a blast for all levels and ages, designed to help you get fit, boost your confidence, and have a ton of fun along the way. So, take a look at our schedule below, and find a class that fits you!
Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals : Instructor led class with 40-45 minute’s of instruction and 15-20 minuets of positional sparring.
Jiu Jitsu All Levels : Instructor led class focused on a beginner to intermediate level curriculum.
Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals / Mixed Levels : Instructor led class separated by skill level.
Jiu Jitsu Sparring : 45 minutes of open rolling there is no instruction during this section of class.
Muay Thai / Kickboxing: Most classes focus on bag work, pad work and partner drills. Get ready for a serious workout while perfecting your Muay Thai skills. Think of our Muay Thai offering as a self-defense class, workout and training regimen all in one.
Muay Thai Conditioning: Instructor guided class with a focus on conditioning through pad and bag work.
Muay Thai + Sparring : Standard class framework with the option to spar for eligible students
