They Differ in Length
Why the difference? An MMA bag is typically longer and thinner than a traditional boxing heavy bag. The reason behind this difference in length is that MMA fighters need to practice kicks as well as punches. A regular boxing bag is shorter and larger around than an MMA bag. This design allows boxers to practice kicks and punches to the head and ribs. If you are an MMA fighter, invest in an MMA bag. The Core Is Different
