Schedule Changes
Don’t forget about the updates to the schedule beginning this week. The Friday Gracie Jiu Jitsu class will be switched to Saturday and will be a competition prep class from 11-12:30. We will have open mat available on Friday evenings from 6-7.
Kids Program!
The kids program will begin April first! Check out the memberships page and the schedule for details.
Reminders
Royce is coming in for a seminar 2/11/13 from 7-9. Cost is $60. See Duke to Register. No-Gi class starts on Wednesday and will be every Wednesday from here on out. Muay-Thai is now 5 days per week. Please see Duke if you’d like to upgrade to Unlimited Muay-Thai.
