You will learn some basic striking to help get you out of a physical altercation.  Also will discuss things you need to be aware of to stay vigilant.  Most importantly we will have fun.  This will be a fundraiser to support competing in the IBJJF worlds in California.  Please arrive 15 minutes early. $20 cash
